Welcome to My Portfolio!
The image on the right supports my acknowledgment of the Musqueam territory on Sea Island. It showcases various designed and painted symbols that represent Musqueam culture, including one that I was honored to paint myself. This image was captured during my Guest Experience training sessions at YVR, where each morning featured a guest speaker who shared insights about Musqueam culture, enriching our understanding of the land and its history.

I am Kajal Rathore, aviation professional with over 2 years of experience in the industry. I am currently pursuing Aviation Management and Operations program at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), and set to graduate in April 2025.
I have always been deeply fascinated by airplanes and the intricate operations that make airports function seamlessly. From the engineering marvel of aircraft design to the coordination required for takeoffs, landings, and ground services, every aspect captures my curiosity and passion. The dynamic environment of an airport, where precision and efficiency are paramount, has always inspired me to learn more and be part of this ever-evolving industry.

My Adventure within the Aviation Industry
My aviation journey took flight in March 2022 when I joined the Vancouver Airport Authority (YVR) as a Guest Experience Representative. In summer 2024, I expanded my horizons through a co-op placement with YVR’s Emergency Planning (Business Resilience) team, gaining invaluable insights into operational preparedness. Today, I proudly continue to contribute to YVR’s exceptional service standards, working in a casual capacity as part of the Guest Experience team.
